The Quinta Primavera is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near major roads leading into and out of Managua. A thirty minute drive from the Managua airport, the Quinta puts you close to the action while settling your group in an area that is home to the families of many expatriates working in local consulate, embassy and NGO offices

The Quinta is a few minutes walk to a large modern supermarket (La Union), a pharmacy, several convenience stores and an ice cream shop.  It's the perfect situation when your team is gathering supplies for the next day or looking to unwind a bit while experiencing the local environment.

The Quinta has a parking lot behind our security fence that can be used to park a vehicle, subject to availability. Be sure to arrange this prior to your stay -- otherwise we may not have room for your car.

Location

The Quinta is conveniently located just off the South Highway at Kilometer 8 in one of Managua's nicest neighborhoods. Whether your group is working in downtown Managua, or one of the surrounding communities, this is an excellent location for getting on the road and to your final destination.

We are also just a very short walk from two modern grocery stores, a pharmacy and a great ice cream shop.
